Villa Lou Poutaouch
Lou Poutaouch is a charming Provençal home and is set on 1500 m2 of private grounds.
The villa with a private swimming pool has three bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of six persons. The house has a gorgeous sunlit terrace with a panoramic view of the hills surrounding the village of Vence and the Mediterranean Sea.
The Living Room and Kitchen
A living room to relax in and a fully equipped kitchen awaits you.
The living room is the central heart of the home, it hosts a dining room table and chairs, sofa’s, an open fire place, china cabinet, a piano and French windows to the grand terrace with a wide spanning view.
The kitchen contains a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and hot water kettle.
In the basement you’ll find a second fridge, a freezer, washing machine and ironing board with iron.
There is wifi throughout the house.
The bedrooms and bathrooms
The villa has three airconditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms.
One bedroom has a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) with en-suite bathroom containing a walk-in shower and sink. Toilet is separate. This bedroom looks out of the terrace.
The other two bedrooms are adjoining. One bedroom has a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a small sofa, a sink and direct access to the garden. The other bedroom has two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). These bedrooms share a bathroom, which contains a bath with shower, sink and toilet.
The terrace
A very large terrace of approximately 50 m2, with Panoramic views of nature, hosts a large dining table with chairs, lounge beds and smaller bistro furniture. The 180 degree view of the Massif du Mercantour, the village of La Garde and the Mediterranean is absolutely magnificent.
The garden and the private pool
The villa is surrounded by a large garden with an Acacia tree (Mimosa), 200-year old olive trees, a fig tree and Provençal pine trees.
You can relax and cool off in the garden, which is also the perfect place to play games, read a book, have a swim in the pool and sunbathe on the lounge beds provided.
